Late for Appointment / Cancellation Policy

Thankfully our clinic is busy and every appointment is intentionally filled. In consideration of others, we ask you to please leave yourself enough travel time to arrive on time for your appointment. The Okanagan Valley has high traffic volume, especially in the spring and summer months. Please allow yourself plenty of extra time. Your delays potentially delay appointment times for others.

Cancellation Policy

In order to serve you better and minimize cost to all our patients, we request that you cancel appointments no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, or no show for your appointment you will be subject to a cancellation of the whole amount of your appointment. Fees are due prior to booking your next appointment.

Exceptions are made in the event of inclement weather or sudden illness.
